Basic coated low-hydrogen stick electrode for welding of 2.25% Cr - 1% Mo creep-resistant steels with operating temperature up to 600 ° C. The low Carbon content increase the resistance to cold cracks, X and J Factor controlled. AWS 5.5: E8018-B3L H4.

Basic coated low-hydrogen stick electrode for welding of 2.25% Cr - 1% Mo creep-resistant steels. Compared to INE B3, the lower carbon content of INE B3L results in welds with lower hardness with improved resistance to cold cracking. Recommended in the oil and gas industry, chemical industry, ammonia synthesis processes and thermal power plants for heat exchangers, boilers, pipes and pressure vessels with operating temperatures up to about 600°C. *( X and J Factor available “on request”).
