SKYLINE S series inverter power sources can be used in electrode (MMA) and DC TIG welding using lift start and torch with valve. Designed to satisfy even the most demanding professional, they can also quite easily be used by less experienced welders, ensuring excellent results every time. In addition to excellent welding results using standard electrodes (rutile, basic, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.), with these power sources, especially the S3000 and S4000 models, cellulosic electrodes may be used with results that always live up to expectations.
In MMA welding, the Hot Start is adjustable for easy priming of coated electrodes and the ARC Force to prevent bonding during welding. There is also a VRD function, required for use in high-risk environments.

With a single knob, the control panel is simple and intuitive to use. The displays allow you to view the settings carried out via the encoder as well as the welding parameters with precise measurements.

The inverter technology and special care taken in manufacturing allow for reduced weight and size without sacrificing reliability and performance.
Thanks to the microprocessors, welding is controlled instant-by-instant which allows for optimal stability, exceptional dynamics (even at low current) and perfect arc ignition. These power sources have been designed for high performance, offering significant benefits in terms of efficiency and reliability. The efficiency of the processes saves production time; controlled ventilation and cooling allows for further reduction in energy costs. In TIG welding with lift start, the reduced ignition current prevents damage to the tungsten electrode.

The protection systems ensure maximum user safety. A temperature sensor and voltage check (variable between -10% to +10% in relation to the nominal value) protect the internal components.

The S3000 and S4000 models can be adjusted remotely using CD1 (manual) and CD2 (pedal) remote controls and for greater ease of use and movement, KR1 and PR7 power source trolleys are available. The SKYLINE range is fully compliant with European standards EN 60974, guaranteeing a technologically advanced and safe product in all its parts.
