Used for plasma cutting of metals, SKYLINE 60-90-120 generators have been designed and manufactured to meet the needs of the most demanding professionals. They can also be used by less experienced welders, while always ensuring excellent results.
These systems have been designed for use in light, medium and heavy carpentry. They produce quality cutting with no burrs on the reverse of sheets of both thin and medium thickness. The generators can be used with soft steel, stainless steel, aluminum and its alloys.
As with all INE welding machines, SKYLINE 60 - 90 - 120 generators set themselves apart thanks to their reliability and dynamic control. This is thanks to research into power electronics and signal elaboration that make use of the most recent and innovative inverter technology and new-generation microprocessors.
Digital control board
The control panel is fully digital for setting and measuring the cutting parameters, guaranteeing the repeatability of the process.
The pilot arc is formed with LIFT start (without the use of high frequency). This allows for excellent arc starting and no electromagnetic interference. An automatic restarting device ensures uninterrupted cutting of perforated and meshed sheets.
The protection systems the generators are equipped with ensure maximum user safety and provide protection against overheating and overloading. What’s more, thanks to the innovative incoming power control function, they can be used with any power network, maximizing the energy available.
For ease of movement and use, KR1 and PR9 generator trolleys are available.
